2. Public Phone Numbers & SMS Inboxes Disclosure

You agree never to use SimLess public numbers for receiving confidential personal information, banking OTPs, financial transactions, password recovery for sensitive personal accounts, or medical data.

3. Automated Data Purging & Retention

To safeguard user anonymity and reduce data footprint:

• Public incoming SMS messages are automatically purged from our servers on a rolling schedule (typically within 24–48 hours).
• Favorite numbers and notification preferences are saved locally on your device via standard AsyncStorage and can be erased anytime by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

4. Advertising & Third‑Party SDK Disclosures

To keep SimLess completely free and maintain telecom carrier connectivity, we monetize via third‑party advertising partners. These partners may collect non‑personal device information and advertising identifiers:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK: Used to display banners, native ads, rewarded videos, and interstitials. AdMob may collect and process Google Advertising IDs (GAID), IP addresses (for coarse location), and interaction diagnostics in compliance with Google's policies. Read Google's Advertising Policies.

If you grant notification permissions, we use push notifications solely to notify you when a new SMS code arrives on a line you actively bookmark or when new international country numbers are rotated. You can revoke notification permissions at any time via your device's system settings.

SimLess does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate corrective measures.

7. User Rights & Data Deletion Requests

Because we do not maintain user accounts or personal profiles, we do not store personal identity records. You can instantly reset all local app preferences, cache, and favorite lists at any time by navigating to Settings > Delete Account / Clear Data within the app, or by clearing the application storage in Android Settings.
